The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Administrar el medio ambiente y los recursos naturales renovables en el Departamento de Risaralda y propender por su desarrollo sostenible, de conformidad con las disposiciones legales y las políticas del Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible. En el año 2031 la CARDER será reconocida en el ámbito regional y nacional, por la calidad de sus servicios y los buenos resultados en la gestión para la sostenibilidad ambiental del territorio risaraldense.

Direccionar a la Entidad hacia el logro de su misión, visión, políticas y objetivos, a través del componente estratégico institucional articulado al componente estratégico nacional y regional, cumpliendo con los lineamientos del Modelo Integrado de Planeación y Gestión –MIPG
