The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Strategic perspective:
El Plan Estratégico del Instituto Nacional de Medicina Legal y Ciencias Forenses 2019 – 2022 “Ciencia con sentido humanitario, un mejor país” está elaborado bajo el esquema del Balanced Scorecard (BSC), el cual fue formulado durante el año 2018 e inició su implementación a partir del año 2019 con los planes operativos de todas las unidades organizacionales a nivel nacional.
