The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

El Municipio de Soledad es una entidad prestadora del servicio Metropolitano y estatal conferidos por ordenamiento constitucional y su escenario representa la imagen cultural de la entidad. VISIÓN: Convertir al Municipio de Soledad en la entidad territorial de mayor liderazgo en al vida del Departamento del Atlántico, siendo el mismo un eje de la convicencia ciudadana, del desarrollo social, tomando como base la formación artística y cultural; depositaria de la memoria colectiva y de su historia.

Strategic perspective:

Aumentar la participación de interesados en los procesos de selección que se van a adelantar durante el año fiscal en aras de una gestión transparente,en coordinación con las distintas dependencias de la entidad y entes Nacionales, Departamentales, con el sector privado y la comunidad en general.
