La entidad tiene 3 objetivos Estrategicos: 1) DEFENSA, PROTECCIÓN Y PROMOCIÓN DE LOS DERECHOS HUMANOS Y EL MEDIO AMBIENTE, FORTALECIENDO LA VEEDURÍA Y PARTICIPACIÓN CIUDADANA - 2) VIGILANCIA DE LA CONDUCTA OFICIAL DE LOS SERVIDORES PÚBLICOS DE BUCARAMANGA.-3)MODERNIZACIÓN ADMINISTRATIVA Y DESARROLLO ORGANIZACIONAL PERMANENTE. .La Entidad tiene como única sede la ciudad de Bucaramanga y cuenta con una planta de personal de 23 personas y un presupuesto Anual de $ 6.472.110.233 para la Vigencia 2021.
