The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

MISION: El INCIVA como institución pública de investigación, desarrolla, estimula, apoya y ejecuta procesos de apropiación, generación y divulgación del conocimiento, para la conservación, preservación y uso del patrimonio cultural y natural del Valle del Cauca y de la región, con responsabilidad ambiental, cultural, social y económica.
Strategic perspective:
El INCIVA es un Instituto descentralizado de carácter departamental con área de influencia en el Departamento del Valle. Su planta de personal esta conformada por 38 funcionarios. El Inciva cuenta con dos centros operativos a saber: Museo Departamental de Ciencias "Federico Carlos Lemman Valencia" ubicado en Cali y El Museo Arqueológico ubicado en Calima El Darien y administra LaHacienda "El Paraiso" ubicado en Santa Elena-El Cerrito ; Parque Natural Regional "El Vínculo" ubicado en Buga y El Jardin Botánico "Juan Maria Cespedes" ubicado en Tulua. El presupuesto para la vigencia del 2022 asciende a $24.978.223.439.oo
