The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

VISIÓN: Para el año 2022, la Institución Educativa Santiago Vila Escobar, será reconocida por la Sociedad Ibaguereña como una institución que brinda Educación Inclusiva de Calidad, formadora de seres humanos, integral constructores de Paz, mediante la práctica de Valores y Derechos Humanos el desarrollo de competencias ciudadanas, el respecto de nuestra identidad cultural y el medio ambiente; para responder a las exigencias de un mundo tecnológicamente globalizado.

Strategic perspective:

Mediante un enfoque sistemático se identificará y analizaran los factores externos confrontándolos con las capacidades de la INSTITUCIÓN EDUCATIVA SANTIAGO VILA ESCOLAR, para la vigencia 2022. Para ello, se tendrá en cuenta los siguientes lineamientos: Mejorar la sostenibilidad de la inversión a través del mejoramiento continuo de la calidad educativa; Gestionar recursos con los entes Gubernamentales para infraestructura; Disponer de profesionales capacitados para llevar a cabo la Misión y visión de la institución y que se sientan satisfechos de la misma; fomentar la participación de la comunidad educativa ; Ejecución y evaluación de planes, proyectos y programas contemplados en el PEI; Dar una atención de calidad de nuestros servicios mejorarando la comunicación con los clientes internos y externos.
