The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Mission and Vision:
La Contraloría Municipal de Girón es un organismo de control que se encarga de ejercer la vigilancia a los recursos públicos y naturales del Municipio de Girón, mediante mecanismos de control a la gestión fiscal y ambiental de la administración municipal y de sus entidades descentralizadas. La Contraloría Municipal de Girón en el 2022 será reconocida a nivel nacional como un Órgano de Control Fiscal eficaz, preventivo y participativo en la vigilancia de los recursos públicos y naturales del Municipio de Girón, acompañando los diferentes procesos de participación ciudadana y mejora en la gestión administrativa de los sujetos y puntos de control.
Strategic perspective:
Mediante la Resolución N° 062 de 2020, se adopto el Plan Estratégico de la Contraloría Municipal de Girón, en la cual se trazan las estrategias, planes y actividades que se desarrollaran durante la vigencia 2020 y 2021, por lo tanto la celebración de los diferentes contratos permite esta entidad contribuir al cumplimiento de su Plan Estratégico.
