Misión La Dirección de Tránsito de Bucaramanga es un establecimiento público descentralizado del orden municipal con autonomía financiera y administrativa, enfocada en una movilidad sostenible, ágil y segura; garantizando planeación, regulación, control y educación vial; atendiendo los diferentes trámites de vehículos y conductores, en el marco de las disposiciones legales vigentes. Visión La Dirección de Tránsito de Bucaramanga para el año 2030 será competitiva a nivel nacional en movilidad inteligente y seguridad vial generando un impacto positivo en el desarrollo de la ciudad y la calidad de vida de los actores viales, prestando servicios de calidad apoyado en el uso de tecnologías modernas.
