General Info

The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Mission and Vision:

a) Misión: Impulsar el desarrollo económico y social de los Municipios que conforman la Provincia del Agua, Bosques y el Turismo, a través de su integración solidaria y equitativa, bajo criterios de sostenibilidad, contribuyendo así a la competitividad de la región; b) Visión: Ser el esquema asociativo territorial líder en el País en la consolidación de una Región Funcional para la administración, planificación y ordenamiento territorial.

Strategic perspective:

La Provincia es una entidad administrativa descentralizada de derecho público, con patrimonio autónomo e independiente de los municipios que la integran, con personería jurídica, la cual se rige por los estatutos y goza para el desarrollo de su objeto de los mismos derechos, prerrogativas, excepciones y privilegios otorgados por la ley a los municipios.
