The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

MISION: La Institución Educativa Internado Escolar Rural Solita, del municipio de Solita Caquetá ofrece a los niños, niñas, jóvenes y adultos, educación inclusiva en los niveles de preescolar, básica primaria, básica secundaria, media técnica agropecuaria y educación para jóvenes y adultos, bajo el enfoque por competencias (básicas, ciudadanas y laborales) para formar ciudadanos capaces de transformar las prácticas agropecuarias mediante la implementación de técnicas de desarrollo sostenible y mejorar la calidad de vida de la comunidad. Strategic perspective:

La Institución Educativa Internado Escolar Rural Solita, del municipio de Solita Caquetá, al año 2020, debe estar consolidada como una Institución agropecuaria líder en la formación de jóvenes íntegros, con conocimientos académicos, científicos, técnicos y tecnológicos en el sector agropecuario, que les facilite ingresar a la educación superior y/o al sector productivo generando procesos de desarrollo agropecuario sostenible.
