The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Integramos las acciones municipales, departamentales y nacionales, para implementar proyectos con el sector público y privado, consolidando territorios equitativos y sostenibles, que permitan mejorar las condiciones de vida de la población. MASORA en el 2020 estará consolidada como la mejor asociación de municipios del país, líder en la gestión y ejecución de proyectos a nivel local, departamental y nacional.

Strategic perspective:

Nace como un ente de gestión, con la tarea de aglutinar los esfuerzos alrededor de un esquema subregional de planificación, para propender por un desarrollo equilibrado, trabajar en proyectos y programas especiales que tienden a la solución conjunta de los problemas, coordinando actividades con el departamento y entidades de la subregión. Aboga así mismo por el respeto al potencial y la vocación de los municipios.
