The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Esto con el propósito de impulsar un desarrollo integral de largo plazo y sostenible de la ciudad y un mejoramiento estructural de la calidad de vida de sus habitantes. VISIÓN: Al 2036 SOACHA es una ciudad competitiva y confiable para la inversión, generando de manera permanente empleabilidad y emprendimiento, garante de las condiciones de desarrollo humano, social, equitativo y de calidad de vida.
Strategic perspective:
El plan de desarrollo 2020 – 2023 El cambio avanza, aporta a la visión 2036 desde la apuesta estratégica MESSI, acrónico que integra 5 dimensiones fundamentales para el desarrollo de Soacha.
