The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Misión: El Consejo Profesional de Ingeniería Química de Colombia - CPIQ es un organismo público, creado por Ley, encargado de proteger a la sociedad del riesgo que conlleva el eventual mal ejercicio de la Ingeniería Química, a través del registro obligatorio y la certificación de los profesionales y, mediante la inspección, control y vigilancia del ejercicio profesional responsable, ético y legal en el país. Visión: Para el 2022 el Consejo Profesional de Ingeniería Química de Colombia – CPIQ se consolidará como un organismo público, moderno y transformador, reconocido nacional e Internacionalmente por promover y velar por el ejercicio profesional responsable, ético y legal de la Ingeniería Química en todas sus áreas de desempeño; garantizando productos y servicios de alta calidad, mediante la aplicación de las mejores prácticas administrativas fundamentadas en los valores del servicio público.

Strategic perspective:

Garantizar la buena ejecución de la misión y la visión del CPIQ mediante el desarrollo estrategias que vayan de la mano con los lineamientos legales.
