The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Misión El Municipio de Sonsón, es un ente territorial que a través de la comunicación asertiva y transparente con la comunidad y la prestación eficiente y oportuna de los servicios sociales, promueve el desarrollo humano integral y da valor a lo público. Esto se hace posible gracias a un equipo humano que trabaja con compromiso y responsabilidad por un territorio más pacífico y con mayor equidad social . Visión En el 2026 el Municipio de Sonsón será un territorio con una efectiva capacidad administrativa, política y económica, capaz de liderar procesos de planificación local y regional buscando garantizar los derechos fundamentales de los ciudadanos en la búsqueda bienestar y equidad social. Con vocación agropecuaria y turística capaz de vincularse a los mercados mundiales y de promover dinámicas socioeconómicas que contribuyan a la generación de ingresos. Conectado por una red vial segura, que permite la integración de la localidad y la región, y cuyos ecosistemas y biodiversidad, son protegidos y valorados como el escenario donde se promueve una mejor calidad de vida.

Strategic perspective:

El Plan de Desarrollo Juntos Construyendo Futuro "2020-2023", se sustenta en cinco líneas estratégicas, a saber: Línea 1. Transformación y desarrollo social con equidad Línea 2. Entornos y ruralidad saludables y sostenibles Línea 3. Competitividad y crecimiento económico Línea 4. Seguridad, movilidad, convivencia y derechos humanos Línea 5. Gobernanza, transparencia y participación ciudadana La Alcaldía de Sonsón-Antioquia tiene en la actualidad con una planta de personal de 150 personas y un presupuesto anual para el año 2023
