The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

VISIÓN: La E.S.E Hospital Santa Lucia de Fredonia, Antioquia será reconocida como una I.P.S pública con servicios accesibles e integrales; de primer nivel de complejidad y básicos de segundo nivel, integrada a las redes de Servicios de Salud."
Strategic perspective:
El principal objetivo del Plan Anual de Adquisiciones es permitir que la entidad estatal aumente la probabilidad de lograr mejores condiciones de competencia a través de la participación de un mayor número de operadores económicos interesados en los procesos de selección que se van a adelantar durante el año fiscal, y que el Estado cuente con información suficiente para realizar compras coordinadas.
