The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

El Concejo de Medellín es una corporación administrativa de elección popular que cumple las funciones que señalan la Constitución Política y la ley garantizando mecanismos para el debate democrático y participativo, actuando como interlocutora, vocera y representante de la comunidad en el trámite de proyectos de acuerdo municipal y el ejercicio de control político.
