The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Misión Somos una Institución Educativa rural con niveles de Transición, Básica y Media Técnica con Especialidad Agropecuaria, Técnico Profesional y Tecnológico con énfasis en Ciencias Agropecuarias articuladas con instituciones de Educación Superior, basada en el modelo pedagógico Activista con formación en valores por competencias, con metodología escuela nueva que pretende la formación de egresados íntegros fundamentados en principios morales y éticos generando actitudes que permitan consolidar la calidad académica y agropecuaria acorde con los avances tecnológicos, propendiendo por un mejor nivel de vida y sentido de pertenencia. Visión Para el año 2025 la Institución Educativa San Isidro, demostrará un alto nivel académico y formación en valores humanos, fundamentados en: Honestidad, Justicia, Respeto, Responsabilidad y Solidaridad. De igual manera la institución desarrollará en sus estudiantes un alto sentido de compromiso con el medio ambiente, respeto por las diferencias de: género, religiosas, culturales y sexuales. Reconocida tanto a nivel Regional como Departamental, por su excelente formación en el campo académico, agropecuario y en competencias laborales; atractivas para la comunidad, por la integralidad de la educación que ofrece a través de su modelo pedagógico activista con énfasis en valores.
