The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Misión: Somos un organismo de Control Fiscal Territorial que ejerce la vigilancia de los recursos públicos y naturales del Municipio de Bucaramanga con transparencia, eficacia, eficiencia y la garantía del ejercicio de la participación ciudadana. Visión: La Contraloría de Bucaramanga en el año 2025 será líder en la lucha contra la corrupción, y garantía de protección a los recursos naturales, con el ejercicio de la participación ciudadana y un control fiscal oportuno y transparente.
