The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Ser una entidad pública robusta, fundamentada en: la transparencia, la legitimidad, la participación activa, el servicio y en la planificación con gobernanza y enfoque diferencial, que permita construir bases sólidas para promover el desarrollo social, ambiental, económico y territorial, buscando la satisfacción real y objetiva de las necesidades básicas de la comunidad del Municipio de Pasto.

Strategic perspective:

En 2023, Pasto será un territorio incluyente con los grupos poblacionales, especialmente con la niñez, equitativo y sostenible hacia el desarrollo social, económico y ambiental. Un municipio resiliente con un fuerte tejido social, una alta eficiencia institucional y un oportuno manejo social del riesgo.
