The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Mission and Vision:

Liderar, orientar, coordinar y socializar todas las acciones del sector público y privado para mejorar la calidad de vida de las familias mediante la solución de sus necesidades de empleo y el impulso de programas de fomento empresarial, utilizando para ello los instrumentos establecidos por la Ley. Durante los próximos cuatro años lograremos construir una cultura ciudadana que reconozca el emprendimiento, la innovación social y el liderazgo de principios de la lógica la ética y la estética, como uno de los más importantes valores de la ciudad. Lograremos crear las innovaciones sociales que le proporcionarán a la ciudad la fuente de soluciones a los más importantes problemas sociales, creando el capital social, el sentido de solidaridad y responsabilidad social a partir de la confianza en las instituciones públicas y privadas.

Strategic perspective:

Coordinar y Fomentar la formación para el empleo Impulsar la incorporación al mercado laboral del talento humano desempleado. Brindar orientación profesional y asesoramiento empresarial a los ciudadnos., Estimular la investigación, observación, estudio y prospección del mercado de trabajo en los diferentes sectores económicos del municipio. Viabilizar la cooperación de los actores sociales y económicos tendientes a estimular el empleo. Estimular la gestión ante los fondos internacionales para el fomento de empleo.
