The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

MISIÓN El Instituto Distrital de Deporte y Recreación - IDER tiene la misión de promover la recreación, el deporte, la actividad física y el aprovechamiento del tiempo libre como mecanismo de inclusión y desarrollo social, a través de la ejecución de programas y proyectos que generen espacios de sana convivencia y paz en el Distrito de Cartagena de Indias; contribuyendo así con el desarrollo de talentos deportivos y mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de la comunidad cartagenera. VISIÓN En 2033 el Instituto de Deporte y Recreación -IDER- se consolidará como entidad líder en la promoción de desarrollo e inclusión social desde la perspectiva del deporte, la recreación, la actividad física y el aprovechamiento del tiempo libre, mediante la implementación de programas de amplia cobertura y calidad, enfocados en la formación y práctica de diferentes disciplinas deportivas, actividades recreativas, hábitos y estilos de vida saludables como factores de construcción de ciudadanía, articulación y transformación social.
