The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

FONPRECON, como administradora de pensiones del régimen de prima media con prestación definida gestiona los recursos y la información necesaria para decidir el reconocimiento y pago de las prestaciones económicas de sus afiliados, de acuerdo con la normatividad vigente, en el marco del sistema de gestión de calidad, mediante procesos eficientes y la competencia de su talento humano. 

En 2019 FONPRECON será la administradora del régimen de prima media con prestación definida, con un modelo operacional sostenible e innovador que permita incrementar su número de afiliados y ofrecer servicios asociados a su misión.financiera
