The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Mission and Vision:

Misión: Garantizar a través del mérito, que las entidades públicas cuenten con servidores de carrera competentes y comprometidos con los objetivos institucionales y el logro de los fines del Estado. Visión: En el año 2026 la CNSC habrá logrado amplio reconocimiento como la autoridad técnica garante del mérito en el acceso, ascenso y permanencia en la Carrera Administrativa y el empleo público, con un talento humano competente y caracterizada por la aplicación de altos estándares de calidad e innovación de los procesos que adelanta para administrar y vigilar la Carrera Administrativa con enfoque sectorial y territorial en Colombia.

Strategic perspective:

El Plan Estratégico propende por la elaboración de un relato sobre la mejor apuesta del “cómo” lograr los nuevos objetivos estratégicos y adaptar o reformular nuevas estrategias que conduzcan a mejores resultados institucionales, con base en las lecciones aprendidas producto de la experiencia registrada en su contexto.
