The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

MISIÓN Liderar, orientar, coordinar y socializar todas las acciones de los sectores público y privado para mejorar la calidad de vida de las familias, mediante la solución de sus necesidades de empleo y el impulso de programas de fomento empresarial, utilizando para ello los elementos establecidos por la Ley. VISIÓN En estos cuatro años de gobierno, lograremos hacer del IMEBU un epicentro del desarrollo empresarial y de empleabilidad, que permita el mejoramiento de calidad de vida de sus habitantes y ser un referente a nivel nacional

Strategic perspective:

Formar a profesores, estudiantes de los 47 colegios públicos y las universidades públicas de la ciudad en emprendimiento, innovación y liderazgo de principios. Desarrollar la empresa madre y otros proyectos de innovación social en la ciudad para solucionar los más importantes problemas sociales en la ciudad y generar solidaridad y responsabilidad social en el ciudadano Implementar modelos de negocios en las empresas de los diferentes sectores para elevar la productividad y competitividad; buscando lograr alta efectividad en la asesoría empresarial. Formar en competencias técnicas y personales, para lograr el cierre de brechas que permita acceder a empleos o desarrollar las iniciativas de emprendimiento; proporcionando recursos de microcrédito y acompañamiento gerencial, especialmente a la población vulnerable de la ciudad
