The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

MISIÓN: La Contraloría General de Boyacá, le corresponde ejercer el control fiscal de la administración y de los particulares o entidades que manejen fondos o bienes del Estado en el Departamento y sus Municipios, esta labor constitucional la desarrolla propiciando la participación activa de la comunidad y promoviendo el correcto manejo de lo público a través del control social ejercido desde los territorios y que permitan la equidad y empatía entre las instituciones y todos y cada uno de los y las Boyacenses. VISIÓN: En el año 2025 la Contraloría General de Boyacá, será reconocida por los y las Boyacenses como una entidad confiable que llego a los territorios; que fue efectiva en la vigilancia y control de los recursos públicos, basada en los apoyos y liderazgos de las regiones, así como en los valores y principios de la vigilancia fiscal a través del proceso auditor. 

Garantizar el suministro de los bienes y servicios que se requieren en la Contraloría General de Boyacá, para cumplir con la misión y visión de la Entidad.
