The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Misión Contribuir al mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de los integrantes de la Policía Nacional de Colombia, en servicio activo y en retiro, y sus familias, con un sistema de gestión integral de clase mundial y con servidores públicos competentes y comprometidos. Visión Somos referente sectorial y estatal en la excelencia de la gestión y prestación de servicios que contribuyen al mejoramiento de la calidad de vida del personal de la Policía Nacional de Colombia, en actividad, en retiro y sus familias.

Strategic perspective:

1. CREACIÓN DE VALOR PARA LOS AFILIADOS: Contribuir significativamente al mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de los afiliados y sus familias, generando un vínculo de reconocimiento y amor por la entidad. 2. EXCELENCIA ORGANIZACIONAL: Alcanzar altos niveles de desempeño organizacional frente a referentes de clase mundial, con integridad en sus actuaciones, integralidad en la gestión y personas competentes y comprometidas. 3. INNOVACIÓN: Innovar permanentemente en los servicios y en la gestión de CASUR asegurando diferenciación, éxito sostenible de la entidad y altos niveles de valor agregado. 4. IMPACTO Y SOSTENIBILIDAD: Asegurar la viabilidad técnica, social y financiera que le permita a la entidad transferir la oferta de valor de manera permanente y efectiva a sus Grupos Sociales. 5. POSICIONAMIENTO: Alcanzar reconocimiento como un referente de clase mundial en seguridad social integral, que contribuye a la creación de valor superior a sus Grupos Sociales Objetivo generando altos niveles de credibilidad y confianza.
