The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Misión: Vigilar de acuerdo a los principios de la Fiscalización, en conjunto con la ciudadanía, la Gestión Fiscal de nuestros estamentos departamentales, Municipios, Entidades Descentralizadas, Instituciones Educativas y demás actores que tengan a su cargo la Administración de fondos o bienes, garantizando así los fines esenciales del Estado y la correcta ejecución de los recursos públicos Visión: Transformar durante la vigencia 2022 a 2025 la Contraloría General del Departamento del Cesar, brindando a la comunidad Cesarense un vínculo de confianza y credibilidad a través de la Transparencia, eficiencia, eficacia y equidad en el ejercicio del Control Fiscal

Strategic perspective:

La Contraloría General del Cesar, para cumplir y alcanzar la Misión Propuesta para este Cuatrienio, fijo como objetivos dentro de su plan estratégico, concretar, adoptar y comunicar la Misión, Visión, objetivos, política, estrategias y demás herramientas de la Planeación, a través de los mecanismo que busque el fortalecimiento del Control Fiscal con la Participación de la Ciudadanía como elemento fundamental en la Vigilancia de los Recursos Públicos
