The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

MISIÓN El Consejo Profesional de Ingeniería de Petróleos – CPIP, es una entidad pública, encargada del cumplimiento de la ley 20 de 1984 que estructura y reglamenta el ejercicio de la profesión, en concordancia con el entorno; vela por el registro y vigilancia de la profesión en un marco ético, eficiente y socialmente comprometido con el desarrollo integral del país y alineado a los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible VISIÓN En el 2030 el Consejo Profesional de Ingeniería de petróleos será reconocido por posicionar una gestión pública moderna, eficiente, transparente y abierta; cooperando con el mejoramiento del perfil profesional, la inspección y vigilancia del registro en todas las organizaciones relacionadas con la industria energética y afines  

Garantizar la oportuna ejecución de los procesos contractuales del consejo profesional de Ingeniería de Petroleos dando cumplimiento oportunamente a la normatividad Vigente
