The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Misión: El Instituto de Vivienda de Interés Social y Reforma Urbana de Bucaramanga-INVISBU es una Entidad descentralizada del orden Municipal con autonomía administrativa y financiera cuyo objetivo principal es desarrollar las políticas de vivienda de interés social y de la reforma urbana en los términos previstos en las Leyes y demás normas concordantes, para lo cual podrá suscribir convenios, contratos o cualquier acto jurídico con instituciones públicas o privadas con el fin de obtener, administrar y aplicar los recursos financieros necesarios para la realización de los planes de vivienda de interés social y renovación urbana, definidos en el plan de desarrollo del municipio de Bucaramanga. Visión: Para el año 2.027, el INVISBU habrá fortalecido y consolidado su liderazgo como entidad asesora, gestora y orientadora de la política pública de vivienda de interés social y reforma urbana del Municipio de Bucaramanga, brindando apoyo financiero, técnico y/o social a la comunidad para el acceso a soluciones de vivienda en los sectores urbano y rural.
