The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

MISIÓN Somos la entidad encargada de diseñar, fomentar y ejecutar las políticas culturales y turísticas mediante diferentes estrategias que propendan por el desarrollo de la cultura, el turismo y el patrimonio, que permitan fortalecer la identidad y los valores socioculturales de la ciudad. VISIÓN Para el año 2034, el instituto municipal de cultura y turismo de Bucaramanga, será un referente del oriente colombiano, a partir del reconocimiento de la diversidad artística, cultural, patrimonial y turística.

Strategic perspective:

Con una sólida gestión en políticas culturales y turísticas, buscamos fortalecer la identidad y los valores culturales, patrimoniales y turísticos en la ciudad de Bucaramanga.
