The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Mission and Vision:

MISION: Prestar a toda la población urbana del Municipio de Granada, los servicios de acueducto, alcantarillado y aseo, contribuyendo al desarrollo integral de la población y al mejoramiento continuo de la calidad de vida. Para tal fin, la empresa garantizará el suministro de agua potable, así como la recolección y tratamiento adecuado de las aguas residuales, bajo los principios de responsabilidad, economía, solidaridad y uso racional y sostenible de los recursos naturales. VISION: En el año 2025 la Empresa de Servicios Públicos de Granada, prestará a toda la población urbana del Municipio de Granada, en buenas y confiables condiciones los servicios públicos domiciliarios de acueducto alcantarillado y aseo, alcanzando un equilibrio económico que garantice la sostenibilidad del sistema, acorde con la situación socio-económica de la población, reflejado en la satisfacción de los usuarios.

La Empresa de Servicios Públicos de Granada E.S.P.G tiene 4 líneas estratégicos: 1.Fortalecimiento Empresarial. 2. Sostenibilidad del recurso hídrico. 3. Manejo adecuado residuos sólidos. 4. Sostenibilidad Ambiental. La Empresa cuenta con una planta de personal de 19 empleados
