The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

MISIÓN Somos una Empresa Social del Estado, prestador público del componente primario del Municipio de Ibagué, con una extensa red de servicios en el área rural y urbana. Ofrecemos atención integral, humanizada, con calidad y seguridad; fortalecidos en la promoción, prevención y mantenimiento de la salud; contribuyendo a mejorar la salud del individuo, la familia y la Comunidad; contando con talento humano altamente capacitado , comprometido y propiciando espacios para la articulación de la docencia e Investigación en los servicios de salud. VISIÓN Como prestador público del componente primario en el Municipio de Ibagué, para el año 2025 proyectamos alcanzar una cobertura del 80% de las necesidades en salud de nuestros usuarios, centrados en lograr la atención integral en salud, de la persona, la familia y la Comunidad, fortalecidos con procesos de responsabilidad social, docencia e investigación. 

Informar a los proveedores sobre posibles oportunidades de negocio haciendo posible la preparación anticipada de procesos contractuales, debe entregar a los proveedores potenciales información útil acerca de la Entidad y las características de contratación para sus adquisiciones; informar acerca de las intenciones de adquisiciones de la Entidad en el período cubierto por el plan y facilitar una buena planeación de las adquisiciones dentro de la Entidad
