The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

MISION Programar y coordinar el desarrollo armónico e integrado del territorio, mediante el plan integral de desarrollo metropolitano, identificando, declarando y gestionando los hechos metropolitanos, para alcanzar una administración eficiente del territorio en materia ambiental, de movilidad, económica, social, demográfica, cultural y tecnológica, en busca del desarrollo humano sustentable, el ordenamiento territorial y la racional prestación de los servicios públicos. VISION En el 2026 el Área Metropolitana de Bucaramanga, será el punto de convergencia para una administración coordinada, a través de la planificación, articulación y ejecución de programas y proyectos que permitan el desarrollo sustentable de los Municipios que la conforman, logrando altos niveles de equidad, inclusión social y calidad de vida para sus habitantes.
