The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

La perspectiva estratégica de la ANLA (2022-2030) se centra en la sostenibilidad, la justicia ambiental y la participación ciudadana incidente, mediante la evaluación y seguimiento riguroso de proyectos. Busca consolidar un modelo de gestión innovador, con alta presencia territorial y uso de tecnologías, fortaleciendo el enfoque de derechos humanos y la prevención de conflictos socioambientales.
