The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Misión: Somos el ente gestor del Sistema Integrado de Transporte Masivo SITM MIO, que ofrece soluciones de movilidad en el transporte público de manera segura, sostenible y accesible. Visión: En el 2028 ser referente nacional en la gestión del transporte público y en la satisfacción de las necesidades de movilidad de los ciudadanos.  

1. Aumentar la participación del MIO en el reparto modal 2. Mejorar la calidad de los servicios prestados por el MIO 3. Construir la infraestructura del SITM-MIO 4. Asegurar la sostenibilidad del Sistema.
