The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

MISIÓN La Alcaldía Municipal de Maní, es una Entidad Territorial con autonomía Político-Administrativa que garantiza las condiciones para fortalecer el desarrollo sostenible, Turístico, Cultural y agropecuario de esta Localidad, infundiendo en cada servidor público conductas homogéneas que contribuyan al cumplimiento de metas organizacionales y a la mejora de la calidad de vida de la comunidad, así como su talento humano, con base en las competencias y funciones que le asigna la ley.​VISIÓN La Alcaldía del Municipio de Maní en 2026 será reconocida a nivel nacional, como una entidad innovadora, organizada, participativa y amable con óptima prestación de servicios a sus Grupos de Valor, todo en el marco de los valores del servicio público. 

Promover el desarrollo económico del municipio mediante el fortalecimiento empresarial de los sectores de la Agroindustria y el comercio y el fortalecimiento del sector Turismo y la ganadería.
