The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

La Empresa Industrial y Comercial Lotería de Cundinamarca, tiene como Misión la explotación, administración y organización del monopolio departamental, establecido como arbitrio rentístico de las modalidades del juego de suerte y azar que directamente o en asocio con otros entes o a través de terceros y de acuerdo con la ley y las ordenanzas, le corresponda ejercer como ente gestor o respecto de los cuales les sea permitido participar conforme a las disposiciones legales, con el fin de obtener y proveer recursos para la financiación y prestación de los servicios de salud a cargo del Departamento.
