The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Misión: Brindar servicios de bienestar social, cultural y de recreación a los socios y beneficiarios, a través de la constante implementación de mejores prácticas con responsabilidad social, contribuyendo a fortalecer la tradición militar y policial, estrechando lazos familiares y de compañerismo. Visión: En el 2038 el Club Militar será una corporación líder en servicios de bienestar, cultural y recreativo, con una organización moderna, sostenible, competitiva e innovadora, ágil en su gestión, orientada al socio brindándole atención óptima e integral.

Strategic perspective:

Buscar reorganizar la estructura funcional y el manejo administrativo y financiero de los diferentes recursos que emplea el Club Militar para la operación comercial y en su funcionamiento. La perspectiva administrativa y financiera define dos objetivos estratégicos.
