The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Mission and Vision:

Mejorar la calidad de vida al personal militar, civiles del Ejército y sus familias mediante la asignación de vivienda fiscal, a través de un sistema de gestión administrativo, fundamentado en la eficiencia operacional. Para 2026, el ICFE contará con una mayor oferta de viviendas fiscales, mediante la construcción y el mantenimiento eficiente de los inmuebles, mejorando la calidad de vida y los servicios ofertados, generando bienestar a nuestros usuarios y fomentando practicas amigables con el medio ambiente.

Strategic perspective:

La igualdad, la equidad y la inclusión; serán entendidos como marco de referencia de las nuevas bases de la “Justicia Social”, establecidos mediante el Plan Nacional de Desarrollo 2023 – 2026, que requieren y demandan los grupos de valor a los cuales se debe la Dirección del Instituto de Casas Fiscales del Ejército.
