The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

MISION:Optimizar la ejecucion de politicas publicas, programas y proyectos que impulsen el desarrollo socioeconomico, el buen gobierno y la participacion ciudadana , con el fin de promocionar a Puerto Gaitan como un modelo de desrrollo en lo social, ambiental, turistico y productivo, generar mejor calidad de vida y propender por el cumplimiento de los derechos fundamentales que garanticen el acceso equitativo a oportunidades, con una institucionalidad publica eficiente, transparente y responsable. VISION: En el año 2027 Puerto Gaitán será un municipio incluyente, con garantías de igualdad y cohesión social, con un sólido valor democrático, económicamente competitivo y respetuoso de todos sus habitantes, en especial de las etnias, la diversidad, la cultura y el turismo; ambientalmente responsable, frente al cambio climático; económicamente diversificado articulado con los actores del desarrollo de todos los sectores en especial la agroindustria, turismo y el medio ambiente.

Strategic perspective:

El Municipio de Puerto Gaitan busca resolver las necesidades humanas fundamentales a partir de la inversión pública con sentido social y persigue el desarrollo de la sociedad a partir del compromiso de los actores sociales con el bienestar en su conjunto.
