LA CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVA Y CONTABLE ESPECIALIZADA CENAC EDUCACIÓN es una unidad centralizadora, creada para contratar bienes y servicios mediante el desarrollo de los procesos contractuales y la ejecución de los recursos asignados por el comando superior de acuerdo a las necesidades de cada una de sus unidades centralizadas, al igual que el manejo administrativo y financiero del Comando de Educación y Doctrina, garantizando la efectividad en la rama gerencial y la adecuada ejecución de recursos.
Strategic perspective:
Concentrar la función administrativa de las direcciones centralizadas y especializadas a través de una ordenación del gasto, la ejecución de la cadena presupuestal y los procesos contractuales, contable tesorería y control de inventarios inherentes a la operación y funcionamiento de las unidades dependientes administrativamente, dentro del marco normativo vigente, bajo premisas de mejora continua a través de una centralización competitiva y efectiva
