The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Crear, gestionar y difundir contenidos incluyentes y diversos de alta calidad en diferentes plataformas y tecnologías, con el propósito de formar, informar, entretener, educar, salvaguardar el patrimonio audiovisual del país y aportar en la construcción de tejido social, a partir del reconocimiento de la identidad ciudadana, sus preferencias y expectativas. VISION Para el 2022 seremos el sistema de medios públicos referente en América Latina que conectan culturas y territorios a través de una infraestructura tecnológica moderna, la innovación y la producción de contenidos de vanguardia e interés social que responden a las necesidades y expectativas de la población.

Informar al público interesado de las contrataciones planeadas por Radio Televisión Nacional de Colombia para la presente vigencia y de esta forma cumplir con los principios de eficiencia y transparencia.
