The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

MISIÓN: Ejercer control y vigilancia fiscal con calidad, excelencia, oportunidad, integridad, independencia y efectividad; fomentando la participación ciudadana, el buen manejo de los recursos públicos y la valoración de los recursos ambientales, con un talento humano competente y dispuesto, aplicando el conocimiento y la tecnología, que contribuya al cumplimiento de los fines esenciales del estado y el mejoramiento continuo de las entidades vigiladas para un desarrollo sostenible. VISIÓN: En el año 2021, La Contraloría General del Departamento del Guaviare se consolidará como un órgano de control y vigilancia fiscal con impacto real en contra de cualquier acto de corrupción y se posicionará líder a nivel nacional por su calidad y excelencia en el control fiscal oportuno y participativo que contribuya al buen manejo de los recursos, para generar un mayor bienestar a la comunidad Guaviarense.

Strategic perspective:

La Contraloria Departamental del Guaviare tiene los siguientes objetivos estratégicos: 1. 7.1. Vigilar la gestión fiscal con calidad, excelencia y articulado con los macroprocesos misionales. .2. Fortalecer el control fiscal participativo con calidad. 3. 7.3. Fortalecer el talento humano, asegurar el funcionamiento y la organización de la contraloría departamental del Guaviare para el logro de los resultados. La entidad cuenta con una planta de personal de 10 servidores y un presupuesto anual de $1.168.442.348
