The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

El fondo de previsión social del congreso de la república como entidad administradora de pensiones del régimen de prima media con prestación definida, reconoce y paga los derechos de sus afiliados, conforme a la normatividad aplicable, en el marco del sistema integrado de gestión, mediante procesos efectivos y el compromiso de su talento humano. En 2023 seremos la administradora del régimen de prima media, con un modelo de gestión consolidado, que permita su crecimiento y transformación para ofrecer servicios de calidad asociados a nuestra misión

Integrar y preservar el conocimiento de los procesos institucionales. Consolidar un sistema de gestión de seguridad de la información. Alinear los servicios de tecnología con los procesos.
